The Board of Directors of the Argentine Association of Polo (AAP) has approved a new set of rules to be applied with immediate effect in tournaments played across Argentina. These changes aim to enhance the sport's integrity and fairness.
Starting in the current 2026 spring season, four specific rules have been altered. These adjustments will apply to various situations, ensuring a more consistent playing field and better experiences for players and spectators alike.
Among the changes, the AAP has introduced measures that address crucial aspects of game play, player conduct, and safety regulations. These updates are designed to reduce ambiguity, clarify existing rules, and ultimately preserve the spirit of polo.
All players, coaches, and stakeholders are advised to familiarize themselves with these new regulations to ensure compliance and maintain the high standards synonymous with Argentine polo.
